Crime and Investigation Network
When AETN decided to launch a new, crime channel in Europe, they needed a convincing, creative and visually attractive sales tape to distribute to cable service providers. The tape was used to secure a spot for CI on a distinguished cable lineup with wide distribution in Europe.
Over the course of 6 weeks, Jynx developed the branding for the new channel, produced promos and cut together a sales tape that would showcase the look and feel of CI.
One of the challenges with this project was to work around a dearth of European content. We had to filter through AETN's vast crime story archive for European stores. We also partnered with some European networks (ZDF, BBC, etc.) to expand the assortment of content.
The sales tape has been used in corporate presentations in Germany, Italy and France. In 2005, The Telly Awards honored Jynx with an award for " Promo Production" recognizing for the "Crime Shots" promo
