JYNX PRODUCTIONS is a forward-thinking, innovative television production company, providing services to some of the largest broadcasters in Europe and the U.S. Jynx operates in a focused, client-oriented environment, utilizing state-of-the art digital equipment in both the production and post-production phases of each project. Our location shoots are with some of the most experienced cameramen and sound people in the industry. We work with top notch crews in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Miami and other metropolitan areas. While Jynx provides programming in all the latest industry formats: HD, Digibeta, Beta SP or DV, we maintain competitive rates on a range of SERVICES including production, editing, and full corporate video packages. JOHANNES WIEBUS and KATHLEEN O'HERON founded Jynx Productions in 2005 after realizing that their individual creative strengths and experience in broadcasting would be a great combination. From the get-go, Jynx began to feed the German TV market with US-based feature programming, meeting the demand for short-format documentaries, 8-12 minutes in length. Primarily, Jynx produces segments that cover a broad spectrum of American culture, from the expansive car culture (Bigg Slice) and old-school manufacturing (Stetson cowboy hats) to stories featuring the more eclectic side of American culture (Rollergirls). Now that Jynx Productions has found a permanent home near Portland, Maine, we have expanded our services to include productions for the US broadcast industry. We are also developing projects with a growing number of corporate and community clients.
